One of the favorite egg recipes is the delicious Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich Spread and it is quicker to prepare while at home. Of course, adding the mayonnaise to the healthful eggs makes the sandwich spread creamier and tastier.
This is surely a perfect filling for your favorite bread during “Merienda” (snack) and the whole family will enjoy.
Here is the procedure for Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich Spread:
- 10 pieces Eggs (hard boiled and peeled)
- 2 cups of pure Mayonnaise (preferably Lady’s Choice)
- Salt and pepper
- Sliced bread or any type will do
Place the eggs in a saucepan and bring water to boil for about 15-20 minutes or until hard-boiled already.
Afterwards, remove the eggs from hot water, let them cool, peel and chop the eggs finely.
Next is to transfer the chop eggs in a mixing bowl and add the mayonnaise before mixing evenly.
Lastly, season the mixture with the right amount of salt and pepper to complete the taste.
When ready, serve your Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich spread with sliced or your favorite breads and happy eating!
