This yummy dessert is my kid’s favorite any time of the day when I make it and easier to cook while at home. Surely, it is such yummy and healthy sweet treat that brings the exact creamy and tastier. I believe this perfect dessert is great when pairing in any meal or have this during snack time. Here is the procedure for Gelatin Jelly and Corn Dessert:
- 2 sachet of Gulaman Powder (any flavors)
- 1 big can of Evaporated Milk
- 1 big can of Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- Grated Cheese (optional)
- 6 pieces of Pandan Leaves
- 1 cup Whole Kernel Corn
- 6 cups of Water
In a medium heat casserole, combine the water, gulaman and pandan leaves, then stir gently. Allow the mixture to boil until the gulaman dissolved evenly and perfectly. Next is to add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole kernel corn and sugar to complete taste.
Make sure the mixture has the exact sweetness and creaminess.
When ready, remove the Pandan leaves and then transfer the gulaman jelly into the molding bowl. Let it cool for a few minutes and add the grated cheese on the top of the gulaman jelly.
Refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes and serve cold with your loved ones to enjoy!
