Well, this is actually a simple kind of chicken recipe and you can make them anytime of the day while at home with your loved ones, especially your lovely kids. This particular recipe involves using boneless or no bone chicken breast and with the combination of creamy dip that you will surely love.
Here is the procedure for Crispy Chicken Fillet:
- 1 kilo boneless or no bone chicken breast (cleaned and cut into strips)
- 1 big cup of evaporated milk
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup of cornstarch
- Cooking oil
- Bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Slice chicken breast into strips and then wash them properly before straining.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, put the evaporated milk, salt and pepper then mix properly before adding the chicken strips and marinate for at least 30-40 minutes.
Afterwards, dip each piece of the chicken into the beaten eggs first, and then coat them with cornstarch.
Next is to dip them again with the beaten eggs and lastly coat with cornstarch to make them crispy.
In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil properly then deep-fry the coated chicken and make sure they are not crowded when frying. The strips must become golden brown before straining them for a perfect Crispy Chicken Fillet dish.
When ready to serve, transfer them in a serving platter with your choice of creamy dip or tomato ketchup.
