Here is the procedure for Charcoal Grilled Cream Dory:
- 1 kilo Cream Dory (cleaned, fillet and sliced for the dish)
- 1 large Lemon (juice extracted)
- ¼ cup Butter (for grilling purpose)
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large platter, set the fillet Cream Dory, spread the lemon juice then add the right amount of salt and pepper.
Let the extract stay for about 30 minutes to complete the marinating process.
When ready for grilling, heat the right amount of charcoal in the griller to get the exact temperature.
Lay the Cream Dory gently and allow the heat to grill the meat slowly. Make sure to turn them upside down then rubbing with butter and do not overcook the fish because you need to best tenderness.
