There are actually different types of scrumptious pasta dishes out there and they all offer total satisfaction when cooked perfectly. If we talk about a favorite pasta dish throughout the globe, this certainly is the creamy Spaghetti Chicken and Ham Carbonara.
They say that this particular dish is a combination of Italian and American blend, yet many culinary experts had done remarkable twists to make it more delectable to eat. Of course, I have my own version too and the recipe I will share is going to impress you and your loved ones.
Here is the procedure for Spaghetti Chicken and Ham Carbonara:
- ½ kilo Spaghetti
- 1 Chicken Breast (boiled, debone and sliced into cubes)
- 6 pieces sliced Cooked Ham (sliced into dices)
- 1medium White Onion (peeled and chopped finely)
- 3 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup of Nestle Cream
- 3 large Eggs (beaten gently)
- 1 cup of Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 3 stalks of chopped Parsley (optional)
- 2 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large-sized pot, put the right amount of water and bring to boil. When boiling, put a small amount of cooking oil, salt, add the noodles and let boil until the noodles get tender.
Use a strainer to set aside the cooked noodles for the final step.
In a large preheated saucepan, put the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic for 1 minute. Afterwards, put the chicken, ham and let fry until all the meats become golden brown.
Next is to add the water and then bring to boil for about 1-2 minutes before adding the Nestle Cream. Let simmer in a medium fire before adding the beaten egg and mixing gently.
Put the right amount of salt and pepper to complete the taste before adding the noodles, then mixed evenly before turning off the fire.
When ready to serve, transfer the cooked pasta in a large platter, top the Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for a perfect family dish!
