This Filipino Style Avocado Shake is very nutritious and rich in vitamins. The perfect combination of richness and healthiness makes the avocado delicious for a refreshing shake, especially during summer time. My family and friends really love this creamy, thick and delicious shake when I prepare it at home. Of course, this is also an all-time favorite of many Filipinos and foreigners who are visiting the Philippines to spend their holidays in this beautiful Asian country anytime of the year.
Here is the procedure for Filipino Style Avocado Shake:
- 2 ripe Avocados (peeled and pitted)
- 2 cups of Milk (fresh or evaporated milk)
- ½ cup of White Sugar
- 3 cups of Ice
Cut the avocados in halves, use a spoon to scoop the avocado meat and place inside the blender. Blend the avocados for at least 2 minutes. Then add the milk, sugar and the ice before blending it for about 3 minutes or until the mixture become smoother.
When ready, pour into the tall glasses and serve with the whole family to enjoy!
