This sweet treat uses condensed milk, nestle cream and canned fruit cocktail, which make it sweeter and creamier. Of course, all the ingredients are available in most supermarkets to complete the preparation. It is important to serve this delicious Fruit Salad recipe when chilled inside the refrigerator or fridge for overnight to make it more delicious and flavorful to eat. Here is the procedure for Filipino Fruit Salad
- 1 large can of Fruit Cocktail (preferably Del Monte brand and strained)
- 1 can of Nestle Cream
- 1 can of Condensed Milk
- 1 cup of Nata De Coco
- 1 cup of fresh Coconut meat (optional)
After opening the can of fruit cocktail, strain to drain the syrup and then transfer the fruit cocktail in a mixing bowl.
Simply combine the fruit cocktail, nata de coco, coconut meat, nestle cream and condensed milk before mix gently, until the mixture becomes firm.
Afterwards, you can transfer the mixture in a Tupperware and refrigerate for overnight to chill. This process will make it delicious and creamier before serving, especially if you and your family members love eating a cold dessert.
