This Meaty Spaghetti recipe is made with up of lean ground pork, hotdog, garlic, onion and quality pasta. A meaty sauce is really delicious and so my family always enjoys my homemade spaghetti dish. Definitely, carrots can be added as well to add natural sweetness. It is easier to prepare in less than an hour to make your creamy and meaty spaghetti for your loved ones. The history of spaghetti is truly remarkable and so millions of people worldwide truly love to eat this one.
Here is the Procedure for the Meaty Spaghetti Sauce:
- 1 kilo spaghetti pasta
- ½ kilo lean pork
- 1 kilo spaghetti sauce
- 1 large onion ( peeled and chopped finely)
- 3 cloves of garlic ( peeled and minced)
- Vegetable cooking oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ kilo hotdog (cut diagonally)
- 3 cups of water
- 1 large carrots (grated)
- 1 big pack nestle cream
- 1 small box of Eden cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large casserole, put at least 1 liter of water, salt and cooking oil, then bring to boil. Put the pasta and make sure to check the package instruction for better cooking. To check if the pasta is ready, get a small piece and bit into it if firm already.
Afterwards, drain the pasta using a strainer and set aside.
In a large saucepan, pre-heat in medium fire and then put the right amount of cooking oil, sauté garlic and onion for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Then add the ½ kilo of lean pork and mix properly. Bring to boil for about 8-10 minutes until the pork become tender and add the 3 cups of water.
Next is to add the grated carrot and sliced hotdog and then mix gently. Add the tomato sauce, nestle cream and sugar. Let simmer for about 5-7 minutes, and mix slowly until you reach the exact thickness of the sauce. Lastly, add salt and pepper to complete the taste.
In a serving platter, put the right amount of pasta, top with the sauce and grate the cheese to make it perfect. Make sure to serve the dish with garlic bread or with your favorite delicacy and enjoy eating!
